Registration fees//

IMPORTANT: There is no deadline for registration. Interested people can register whenever before de congress celebration.

In order to send your presentation, you need to be registered in the congress. Deadline to submit abstracts is May 30th.

The registration fee grants you online access and participation, promotional material from the congress and its dispatch, certificate of attendance and presentation.

The registration entitles the participant to 2 presentations (oral or poster) as long as one of them is presented on the special session of teaching plant physiology (Teaching innovation)

(1) The student fee corresponds to undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students (Pre-PhD).

(2) The document to prove student status must be the receipt of course registration payment in the current academic year.

How to register//

Plant Biology 2021 has at your disposal an online shop where you can select the type of registration preferred (from the ones listed below). You can make your registration and select the method of payment: bank transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal.

When you mouse over the different types of registration, click on the “Add to cart” button that pops out in order to add the item into your cart.

Once the product is added, the button is changed to “See cart” which you can access it by clicking either on that button or on the cart icon on the right of the menu.

Inside the cart, you will find the list of items added and if everything is correct, just click the “Finish shopping” button.

Finally, you must fill in the form with the required data and select the method of payment.


If a proforma invoice is required to process the payment from the economic management service of a public administration or company, register on this website and select “Administration payment” as the payment method. You will receive an automatic email with the order number. Then we will send you another email with the corresponding proforma invoice, so that you can finalize the payment.

Cancellation and refund policy//

Any cancellation must be written and sent by e-mail. Cancellations over the phone won’t be admitted.

If an inscription is cancelled before the 1st June 2021, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

From this date onwards, there will be no refund in case of a cancellation.
